Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your hotel within Nairobi city centre (airport pick up or hotels not within the city centre will be at a charge of USD 20) and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Lunch will be picnic on the way. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at tented campMasai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. It’s regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the wonder of the world.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sited at the banks of Mara River.

Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Namanga

You will enjoy the last early morning game drive in Mara Reserve followed by breakfast and thereafter proceed to Namanga which is the border town to get  ready for the Tanzania part.

Day 4: Namanga/Arusha to Manyara National Park

Drive to Arusha after breakfast and join a group to Manyara national park.

Manyara is 2 hours drive from Arusha and it’s a small park that you can do game drives for 2 to 3 hours. Game drive after lunch until evening.

Dinner and relax at the campsite

Day 5: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

Breakfast then Leave for Serengeti. Arrive and start game drive en-route to the campsite.

More game drives afternoon until late evening

Dinner and relax at the campsite

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Depart Serengeti at 7 a.m. Game drive en route to Ngorongoro Park with picnic lunch.

Dinner and overnight at the campsite

Day 7: Ngorongoro to Arusha

Breakfast at the lodge and thereafter proceed to Ngorongoro crater for a half day tour with picnic lunches.

Day 8: Arusha to Nairobi

Breakfast at the hotel and at 7 am, you are picked up by the shuttle and drive to Nairobi arriving at around 2:30 pm.
